The Assignment
In 2010, Anil Mahajane led a significant international executive search programme for one of Saudi Arabia's leading publicly listed cement companies.
The engagement involved identifying and recruiting senior leadership talent across multiple international markets. The assignment focused on sourcing highly experienced professionals for critical leadership positions spanning plant operations, manufacturing, engineering, technical services and senior management. Candidates were identified from some of the world's most respected cement organisations, including Lafarge, Holcim and other leading global manufacturers.
